Amrita CSAP 2026 Counseling Process – Overview

The Amrita CSAP 2026 Counseling Process (Centralized Seat Allotment Process) is conducted by Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham for admission into its B.Tech programs across various campuses. Candidates who qualify in AEEE 2026 or are eligible through JEE Main scores must participate in CSAP to secure admission.

The counseling process is conducted online, allowing students to register, fill their branch and campus preferences, and participate in multiple rounds of seat allotment. Seats are allotted based on entrance rank, availability, reservation criteria, and candidate preferences.

How to Participate in CSAP 2026

To participate in Amrita CSAP 2026 counseling:

  1. Visit the official Amrita admissions portal.

  2. Log in using registered credentials.

  3. Complete CSAP registration.

  4. Pay the counseling participation fee.

  5. Fill and lock branch & campus choices.

  6. Wait for seat allotment result.

  7. Confirm seat by paying the admission fee.

Candidates are advised to prioritize their choices carefully, especially for high-demand branches like Computer Science Engineering (CSE).

Seat Allotment & Rounds

Amrita CSAP 2026 is expected to be conducted in multiple rounds. After each round:

  • Candidates can accept the seat,

  • Upgrade in the next round (if eligible),

  • Or withdraw from the process.

If a candidate fails to pay the required fee within the deadline, the allotted seat may be canceled and offered to the next eligible candidate.
